Why are we so passionate about helping people?
Foreclosure occurs due to a hardship that the homeowner is going through. This could be a health issue, a divorce, death in the family, a reduction in income, or job loss. Helping people understand the foreclosure process and the option there are to stop it, gives people hope. It lets them know how common foreclosure is and it encourages them to take action. As a Lynchburg native, helping others is also a way to give back to the community that’s been good to me.
My family also went through this process when someone reached out to them 10 days before the auction. It was stressful but they managed to get the auction stopped. Since I had knowledge of the foreclosure process, I was able to avoid it after a separation from my ex-wife as well.
